The average retail price of autogas in Ukraine for the week from November 20 to 24 increased by 0.70 UAH/l, to 36.07 UAH/l. Many gas stations do not have gas.
In almost all regions of Ukraine, there are still interruptions in the supply of autogas at a number of gas stations. Observers and sources in fuel companies reported this to enkorr.
The worst situation with gas supplies to filling stations is in the network of the Privat group (ANP, Avias, etc.). According to market participants, there is no free sale of gas on the network. “Gas or not, or sales only with coupons or through an app,” an interlocutor familiar with the situation with autogas commented on the situation. According to enkorr, the last time the company managed to bring imported resources into the country was on November 9.
The situation for Prime is not much better – at most filling stations in the network, the sale of autogas has been suspended.
There are certain problems with the availability of gas in the BRSM-Nafta network. As market participants note, this is due to the insufficient number of gas carriers. “The situation is not critical, gas periodically appears on the network, but we cannot talk about stable supplies,” shared one of the fuel companies in the Kyiv region.
There is also a shortage of gas at UPG. A large number of gas carriers of the company, which is one of the largest importers of gas by road, are still blocked on the western border.
Point problems are also recorded in the Avantage 7 and Motto networks (western regions). Point disappearances of gas were noticed at Socar in the Odessa region. A source in the company's representative office said that in general the network is provided with resources, and interruptions in implementation are short-lived.
The situation is also difficult at many individual gas stations and gas stations in different regions. Let us remind you that the sources of supply for small fuel operators that do not have their own imports are auctions of domestic producers and offers from importing traders. At the same time, the cost of gas in these sources is 33-35 UAH/l on FCA terms, which does not allow maintaining a competitive price at retail.
No gas disappearances were observed in the OKKO and WOG networks. The situation is also stable in most mid-price chains in the country. For example, BVS, Avtotrans, RLS and VST assured that they are 100% provided with resources. “Of course, we are not talking about flooded databases, but the networks operate without any interruptions,” explains a representative of one of the networks.
Let us remind you that the main reason for the gas shortage is the blocking of road crossings on the Ukrainian-Polish border. Problems also arise due to new customs requirements regarding documents for registration.
