The UNITED24 platform, together with the WOG filling station network, purchased and transferred three Bogun-2 all-terrain vehicles to the rescue service of the State Emergency Service of Ukraine.
Special equipment for high cross-country ability on land, swamps and reservoirs was purchased as part of the charity initiative “We save wherever our people are”. The cars went to the rescuers in winter configuration.
These amphibians have extreme maneuverability. They have practically no equal in reservoirs with an unstable ice surface, when crossing roads and off-roads in a snowstorm, during precipitation, and in ice.
Despite the weight of 2400 kg, the amphibian has enough potential of a 1.5-liter 44-horsepower Kubota diesel engine with a 5-speed manual transmission. On a dirt road, a car with a skid steer system can reach a speed of 40 km/h, even with a 2.4-ton trailer.
A car with a trough-shaped boat hull can move through water obstacles at a speed of 6 km/h.

Wheels with a meter diameter make it easy to overcome obstacles made of stone, concrete, trees fallen by a hurricane, and the like.
The State Emergency Service stated that the equipment will “deliver humanitarian aid and evacuate people from areas where there is no road traffic.”. There are machines of this design in almost every region, but most of them are in the Kherson, Zaporozhye, Nikolaev regions.
At what price cars of this design were purchased is not indicated. However, in the summer, each such “Bogun-2” was bought at a price of 6,619,599 hryvnia. All three cars in the current batch of UNITED24 were purchased through the WOG filling station network.
