Gamers around the world raised more than a million dollars for emergency vehicles for Ukraine

The team behind the legendary game World of Tanks has raised more than a million dollars in support of Ukrainian doctors working on the front lines.

At the end of October, the creators of the legendary game World of Tanks launched a collection project for medical vehicles in order to purchase specialized type C ambulances through UNITED24.

The two-week project has ended. During this time, the #WargamingUnited charity mission has rallied people from 115 countries around the world around the idea. The most donations were collected from Germany, the USA, Poland, the Czech Republic and the UK.

As Minister of the Ministry of Digital Development Mikhail Fedorov reports on his page on the Telegram channel, players purchased 90,000 charity packs in World of Tanks and the company’s other five games. The sales of the kits raised $1,074,940.

It is reported that the Wargaming team will transfer all funds through UNITED24 for the purchase of emergency vehicles that will save the lives of Ukrainians at the front and in the rear.
