From January 1 to October 31, 2023, based on the results of automatic fixation of traffic rules, 2,164,101 decisions were issued, of which 90% have already been paid in the amount of 399,807,873 hryvnia.
First Deputy Head of the Patrol Police Department of Ukraine Aleksey Beloshitsky reported this on his Facebook page.. Of more than two million violations, he specified, 1,942,825 orders have already been repaid by those who received “payments.”
In his message, the author of the page reminds that drivers, using official services, can “easily search for decisions for violations committed on vehicles, and also subscribe to receive notifications about the issuance of new decisions. Online payment is available from the moment the ruling is issued, so there is no need to wait until the ruling arrives in your inbox.”
Thus, Ukrainian drivers must take care of timely information in advance and not only prepare in advance for the receipt of “chain letters”, but also “subscribe to receive messages about the issuance of new decisions.”
The mobile application “Traffic Fines” should become especially attractive for Ukrainian drivers.. As Alexey Beloshitsky notes, it “is suitable for those drivers who use vehicles that are not registered with them, since after the decision is issued, the postal shipment will go directly to the owner of the car.”

In this case, the application on the driver’s phone will bring the news immediately, the “chain letter” will not wander along postal routes and the driver will be the first to know about the issuance of decisions.
A postulate of attractiveness in a mobile application can justifiably be considered to be up-to-date information about the placement on the map of complexes for automatic recording of traffic violations.
Alexey Beloshitsky also reminded that if payment is made within 10 days from the date of receipt of the decision (or before this time, having found out using applications), then only 50% of the fine will be charged.
