The nationalized share of the Shell gas station network in Ukraine has already been transferred to the state property fund. Further resale of these assets is planned.
49% of Alliance Holding LLC, which manages the Ukrainian network of Shell gas stations, was transferred to the management of the State Property Fund of Ukraine. The press service of the State Property Fund reported this.
The report says that this is the sanctioned property of Russian businessman Eduard Khudainatov, who owned 49% of Alliance Holding LLC, a company that operates a network of gas stations under the Shell brand in Ukraine.
Also, the State Property Fund transferred 100% of the share in the authorized capital of LLC Oil Company Alliance-Ukraine, which owns an oil depot and real estate.
