Bose and Kith unveil limited edition Bose Ultra Open headphones. The manufacturer says they are “revolutionary wearable audio devices that look as good as they sound, allowing you to enjoy uninterrupted music while listening to the world around you.”
The all-new Bose Ultra Open Headphones will be available for $300 starting Monday, January 22nd in extremely limited quantities exclusively at Kith.com and select Kith stores.
Bose Ultra Open features an innovative cuff shape with polished soft edges and a new finish. They attach in an unusual way, making them look more like a fashion accessory than a traditional wearable audio device. You can wear glasses, hats or jewelry without them getting in the way. Headphones provide all-day wearing comfort. They come in a sleek matte black colorway co-developed by the two brands, with each earbud featuring Kith's uniquely customized Bose lettering logo.
“In one of my first meetings with Bose, I told them that I had never been able to find headphones that suited me. Then they showed me the Ultra Open headphones, gave me a demo, and I fell in love,” said Ronnie Fieg, founder, CEO and creative director of Kith. “I truly believe that Bose is best in class when it comes to audio, so having them become Kith's official audio partner and bringing this product to market with them for the first time is very exciting for us.”
“This is our first partnership with a fashion brand and we couldn't imagine a better choice than Kith. With this product launch, we're bringing together two passionate communities that inspire each other—music lovers and trendsetters—to show them that they don't have to sacrifice exceptional sound for fashion,” said Jim Mollica, Bose Chief Marketing Officer.. “The Kith for Bose Ultra Open Headphones are incomparable everyday headphones that will enhance your style and allow you to immerse yourself in your music while staying connected to your surroundings.”
