At the end of the presentation dedicated to the new flagships Galaxy S24, Galaxy S24 Plus and Galaxy S24 Ultra, Samsung showed a completely new wearable device – the Galaxy Ring. More precisely, rumors about the Galaxy Ring have been circulating for a long time, but right now the company has officially demonstrated the device – a hint at the premiere in the relatively near future.
Samsung prefaced the Galaxy Ring with a story about how Samsung Health allows you to recognize and combat sleep apnea. Obviously, the ring will also be able to recognize apnea, but not only: it will be able to measure heart rate, track stress levels, and monitor sleep. In general, it will do everything that a fitness bracelet and smart watch do.
It was previously reported that the premiere of Galaxy Ring could take place before the end of this year. It is possible that the Galaxy Ring will debut along with the Galaxy Z Fold6 and Galaxy Z Flip6 smartphones (around August of this year).
