The “indestructible” smartphone Samsung Galaxy XCover7 has been presented; it can work without a battery

Samsung today officially unveiled the rugged Galaxy XCover7 smartphone. Prices have not been announced, but all key characteristics have been revealed.

Galaxy XCover7 is built on SoC MediaTek Dimensity 6100+, equipped with 6 GB of RAM and 128 GB of flash memory, and also supports microSD memory cards. The IPS screen is characterized by a diagonal of 6.6 inches and Full HD+ resolution, it is protected using tempered Gorilla Glass Victus+ glass.

The main camera has a resolution of 50 megapixels, the front one is 5 megapixels. The smartphone is protected from dust and water in accordance with the IP68 degree, it also meets the requirements of the American military standard MIL-STD-810H. The battery capacity was 4050 mAh, there is a mode of operation with the battery removed – when powered by an AC adapter. Other features include a USB-C port and a standard headphone jack.
