LG has announced the CineBeam Qube laser projector (model HU710PB). It has a minimalist appearance, weighs 1.3 kg, and its dimensions are 135 x 135 x 80 mm.
The projector has HDMI eARC and USB-C ports, as well as a built-in 3W monaural speaker. LG says it can project images up to 120 inches in full 4K resolution.
This tiny projector has some obvious shortcomings. It produces a relatively dim 500 ANSI lumens. And while LG says this projector supports HDR 10, the projector requires a very dark room to do so.
Another highlight of the projector is the handle, which can rotate 360 degrees.
LG hasn't announced a price or release date for the Qube.
