As part of the fifth round of the group stage of the Champions League, Barcelona and Porto met on the same football field.
During the first half of the meeting, the teams exchanged goals: the Catalan club responded to Pepe's finishing move with a precise shot from João Cancelo.
The outcome of the fight was decided by a combination with the participation of the same Cancelo and his compatriot João Felix. The forward passed the ball to the defender, who returned the ball back to the attacking player, who scored what turned out to be the decisive goal of the match with a one-time kick.
