Draymond Green returns after 16 games missed due to suspension

Golden State forward Draymond Green is scheduled to take part in his team's next match, reports The Athletic insider Shams Charania.

According to the journalist, the 33-year-old basketball player is scheduled to take to the floor in the match against Memphis, which will take place on the night of Tuesday, January 16.

Recall that Green missed the last 16 Warriors games due to suspension.. The player was suspended indefinitely by the league after he punched Phoenix center Jusuf Nurkic in the face.

Green received psychological help for several weeks and also held meetings with representatives of the league and Golden State. The NBA recently allowed the Warriors big man to join his teammates in practice.

This season, Draymond Green is averaging 9.7 points, 5.5 rebounds and 5.8 assists per game on 49% shooting from the field.
