The father of WBC world heavyweight champion Tyson Fury (34-0-1; 24 KOs) , John Fury, commented on his son’s victory over Francis Ngannou and spoke about the plan for the fight against Alexander Usyk (21-0; 14 KOs). Second Out quotes him as saying:
“I don't want to talk about Tyson's victory (over Ngannou – approx.). It was a good victory. I can only say that people are talking nonsense. My son is still the world champion and the best heavyweight fighter for a long time.
If they don't believe in him, that's their business. I believe in him. You'll see, when he gets Usyk, he will dominate the ring and stop Usyk,” he said.
Let us remember that Usik earlier spoke about insults to Fury.
