On November 16, a press conference was held at which the date of the fight for the title of absolute world heavyweight champion between Alexander Usik and Tyson Fury was finally agreed upon.
The fight will take place on February 17, 2024 in Riyadh.

The Briton reacted to the words of Krasyuk, who noted Tyson’s “bravery” for agreeing to fight against the “future world champion.”
– My pleasure. See you next world boxing champion – me. I'll knock him out. Remember what I'm saying here.
– Let the fight decide everything. And let the belts return to Ukraine,” Krasyuk said.

Usik tried to stop this verbal spat, but the Briton didn’t even think about calming down:
“More? I don't want more. You know what will happen next. I'll break you, sausage. You will be fighting against the best British heavyweight – me. You beat everyone else, but not me. Look into my eyes. Little sausage.”
– Thank you everyone. I'll say more in the ring.
– Very good. I'll knock you out. Sausage, rabbit.
– Let's see.
– We'll see, yes. You can't beat me. You can never beat me. If you beat me in my sleep, you will wake up later and apologize.

– Enough what? I came here to get a fight, not to play games. You are a small person.
– Yes, I'm a small person. But I am a great champion.
Subsequently, the Ukrainian compared the fight against Fury to the parable of David and Goliath, but the Briton noted that the Ukrainian would under no circumstances be able to defeat him.
– I want to tell you a story that is very similar to Tyson and me.. About David and Goliath. When the Lord puts it in my hands, I will do my job.
– Impossible. God will never give me into your hands.
– Nothing is impossible with the Lord.

At the end of the meeting, Usik and Fury had a duel of glances, during which the Briton acted aggressively. In the end, both boxers were separated, but Fury did not stop shouting at Usyk.
“Am I listening to anything Fury is telling me? No, he's just a big head. A person behaves this way when he is afraid or unsure of something,” Usik added.
