Kristina Dmitrenko: I rate this World Cup well, I’m happy

Ukrainian biathlete Kristina Dmitrenko summed up the results of her performance in the mass start at the 2024 World Championships in Nove Mesto:

“It was hard, but you still feel like it’s the end. My condition is no longer the best, and it was hard in terms of distance. There were also problems with the skis. I try to stay somewhere on the climb, but on the descent they roll over me and overtake me. It’s psychological It was hard, I understand that I’m also losing in skiing today. And at the shooting I left one at a time, I won’t say that it’s somehow offensive, it’s a lot, I don’t even know where I missed.

Rapid fire? It’s already somehow possible to do this automatically, and there is no such task – to work quickly, I just wanted to be more precise, I’m happy with what happened quickly.

I rate this World Cup well, I’m satisfied. But it’s a pity that we didn’t have enough for the last races.

Goals for the final stages of the World Cup? First of all, I want to recover normally and prepare. It would be great if we could show the same result at the next stages.”
