In a commentary for Suspilne Sport, Dmitrenko spoke about her debut races at this level.
“I consider my debut at the World Cup to be good. I managed to cope with myself and my emotions. Now I understand that I can fight in the future and will try to improve my results and potential.”
About plans for future starts
“First of all, I want to go through the season on one line, so that there are no declines in my results. And I want to get into the top 20 [in a particular race], I really want to. Because I feel good, I understand that I can compete.”
Let us remind you that the Ukrainian woman’s best achievement at the adult level was bronze in the sprint at the IBU Cup stage in Canmore.
