Today, February 8, the Ukrainian team played the first match of the Olympic prequalification tournament with Korea. The match ended in victory for Ukraine with a score of 4:0.
The meeting took place in Sosnowiec, Poland.

The Ukrainians opened the scoring already in the 15th minute, after a pass from Vitaly Lyalka, Vadim Mazur hit the goal, throwing the puck into an empty corner.
In the second period, Ukraine doubled the lead thanks to Alexey Vorona. And yet, our team set the final score in the match in the third period, scoring two goals. First, Andrey Deniskin scored, and then Daniil Trakht scored another goal.
Ukraine will play the next match on February 9 against Poland.
