Lobby X became the first agency to officially engage in recruiting for the Armed Forces

The Ministry of Defense is changing its approach to mobilization and has already started a project of recruiting for the Armed Forces. Lobby X became the first agency to engage in recruitment. Its employees have previously hired people at the request of military units.

The founder of the organization, Vladyslav Grezev, told Dev.ua in an interview how the selection takes place and whether it is possible to choose a unit through a recruiter already after receiving a summons.

How is the recruitment process through Lobby X

Grezev explained that those willing to mobilize should respond to a vacancy in a specific unit on the website and undergo an interview. Then everything depends on the military.

“And if, after passing the interview, the military decides that they want to take this person in, they organize the process of either mobilization or signing a contract, and provide everything so that the person gets to them,” Vladyslav explained.

That is, from the point of view of registration, everything happens in the same way as usual: signing a contract or mobilization. And then the registration process depends on the chosen option.

If the conscript got into the wrong unit to which he applied

Grezev noted that there were no such cases in the agency. After all, the organization of many processes is carried out by the military, who are knowledgeable in this. But even in such a probable case, there is an opportunity to urgently organize the transfer of a person, so that his free choice is eventually implemented.

“If we talk about guarantees, we, as a non-military organization, do not directly give these guarantees, but we make sure that these guarantees are given by the military, who place vacancies with us, “ he assured.

Is it possible to choose a unit and specialty after the service of the summons

Grezev explained that even with a summons in hand, a conscript still has time to choose a specialty, position, unit and mobilize there. The recruiting process itself continues in different ways and can take several days or a month.
