The Chrome browser for Android devices has made it easier to clear web browsing data.

Google has been testing various ways to simplify access to deleting history for some time and seems to have settled on one of the options. According to 9to5Google, in the version of Chrome 121 for Android, which is currently undergoing beta testing, a shortcut for clearing web browsing data was placed in the main additional menu.

Now, to quickly delete web browsing data, just open your browser, go to the menu ( icon with three dots in the upper right corner) and select “ Clear history”, which is fourth on the list.

After clicking, a special user interface opens in which you can choose how long to delete data.. You can delete history for 15 minutes, an hour, 24 hours, a week, the last 4 weeks and all time.

In chapter “ Other options” allows you to choose what information to delete: web browsing history, cookies and site data, cached images and files, saved passwords, form autofill data, and the like.
