A player with a personal computer with an old processor and video card tried to launch the game Counter-Strike 2. In addition to the terrible image quality, it also gained a significant advantage.
Reddit user Hour-Pea9048 said his friend ran Counter-Strike 2, which was released this year, on a PC with an Intel i5-2500 processor ( 2011 release), NVIDIA GeForce GTX 650 Ti video card ( 2012) and 16 GB of RAM.
Using such an old technique, the player was able to play CS2, albeit with significant graphical anomalies. These technical problems not only spoiled the gameplay, but also provided a certain advantage: the smoke grenade textures simply did not work, so the player could periodically easily see through them. It was not possible to play for a long time in such conditions — the player’s profile was blocked.

“The worst thing happened in the last game we played, he tried to go back to the desktop, it somehow crashed his entire computer and it took about 5 minutes to restart the steam and cs2 computer, so he got banned,” says Hour-Pea9048 on Reddit.

This is not the first strange incident with grenades in CS2. In December, players discovered that they could gain access to an infinite supply of grenades.. However, this bug was quickly fixed.
As NV Techno wrote, Valve studio released Counter-Strike 2 — a continuation of the legendary series of team shooters — in September 2023. Counter-Strike 2 replaced Counter-Strike: Global Offensive.
