The non-linear fantasy RPG from the leading developers of The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt and Cyberpunk 2077 has finally received a name

Let's remember that in December 2023, user X under the pseudonym Kurakasis noticed that Rebel Wolves had registered the trademark Dawnwalker: Origins – it was assumed that the game was called that.

As it became known, the debut project of Rebel Wolves is simply called Dawnwalker. The developers accompanied the announcement with the publication of a thematic illustration (see. image above).

Rebel Wolves warned that the logo featured in the concept art still needs some work.. The illustration shown is available in several formats and resolutions at this link.

Dawnwalker is being created for PC and current generation consoles using Unreal Engine 5. They promise a big-budget (AAA) project, an emphasis on story and player choice, as well as advanced graphics.

Development of the game recently moved to the alpha stage, and Rebel Wolves promised to share additional details of the project throughout 2024. Dawnwalker will be the first part of a new saga.

The studio is headed by ex-director of The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt Konrad Tomaszkiewicz. Recently, his younger brother, Cyberpunk 2077 quest director Mateusz Tomaszkiewicz, became the creative leader of the team.
