Completing Elden Ring without taking damage from enemies was a challenge for gamers in the first months after its release, but American streamer and speedrunner LilAggy decided to add an element of chance to this already difficult task.

Connecting randomizers (enemies, bosses, items) to FromSoftware games is a special pleasure for viewers, since the unpredictability granted by the utility guarantees the uniqueness of each playthrough.
All the more difficult was the task of LilAggy, who set himself the goal of completing Elden Ring with a randomizer of enemies, bosses and items (all except story items), without receiving a single unit of damage from opponents.
Considering the unpredictability of the randomizer (a dozen Maleniyas could get in the way), LilAggy had to be prepared for surprises and improvisation, not expose himself to enemy attacks and act as carefully as possible.
After almost a year (about 11 months) of effort and more than a thousand attempts, LilAggy finally managed to achieve his plan – the streamer’s moment of triumph is captured in the video above. In it, instead of the usual final boss, the player was waiting for the Incarnation of the Erd Tree.
Completing Elden Ring without taking damage from enemies with a randomizer took LilAggy four and a half hours (the full recording is available here). “Oh my God, this is the end. Finally. FINALLY,” the streamer blurted out at the end of his only successful attempt.
While LilAggy rejoices at the title of the first person in the world to complete the Elden Ring without taking damage from enemies with a randomizer, fans are languishing without news about the Shadow of the Erdtree add-on, announced almost a year ago.
