An early printed book, volume 350 pages, was published in 1739 in Lvov in the printing house of the Stavropegian Assumption Brotherhood. The publication used two colors, and the text was written in Church Slavonic. The engravings were made by Nikodim Zubitsky, George the Hierodeacon and Ilia. The book also contains prints from boards by Ivan Fedorov.

It is also reported that the cover of the book was made of brown wood.

It is not known what the circulation of this publication was, but on some pages of the old printed seal there are certain notes, inscriptions, and marks.

The signature of Metropolitan Andrei Sheptytsky was found on one of the pages of the book: “Proposed at the time of the visitation of canonical Sernik Among [their] day of May 19, 1902.” and signature underneath +Andrey”. This indicates that the signature was made by Metropolitan Andrei Sheptytsky, who held the position of Metropolitan of Galicia and Archbishop of Lviv, possibly during one of his visits to the Rohatyn region in 1902.
