The GeForce RTX 4080 Super model will receive the fastest video memory of the entire line of GeForce RTX 40 series video cards. While the original RTX 4080 comes with 22.4 Gbps per pin (the fastest so far), the Super version comes with 16GB of GDDR6X memory at 23 Gbps per pin.. Memory will also be connected via 256 GB. This will increase overall memory bandwidth by 2.6%, to 736 GB/s. The RTX 4070 Ti Super and RTX 4070 Super models, in turn, will use memory at the same speed of 21 Gbps per pin.

GeForce RTX 4080 Super, RTX 4070 Ti Super, and RTX 4070 Super GPU frequency information provided to NVIDIA partners shows their GPUs running at higher frequencies than the original RTX 4080, RTX 4070 Ti, and RTX 4070 models. The older model RTX 4080 Super received the largest increase in frequency. The base and Boost frequencies of the GPU of this video card have increased to 2295 and 2550 MHz, respectively.. The original RTX 4080 model, in turn, has frequencies of 2205 and 2505 MHz, respectively.

Boost frequencies of the RTX 4070 Ti Super and RTX 4070 Super models remained at the same level and are 2610 and 2475 MHz, respectively.. However, their base frequencies have increased – for the first to 2340 MHz (+30 MHz), and for the second to 1980 MHz (+60 MHz).

The power consumption of the GeForce RTX 4080 Super is 320 W, the RTX 4070 Ti Super is 285 W, and the RTX 4070 Super is 220 W. In all cases 20 W higher than the original versions. All custom variants of the RTX 4080 Super, RTX 4070 Ti Super and RTX 4070 Super will feature a 12+4-pin 12VHPWR power connector. Options with standard 8-pin PCIe power connectors are not expected.

NVIDIA is still sticking to the old plan: the company wants to release the RTX 4070 Super on January 17, the RTX 4070 Ti Super will hit shelves on January 24, and sales of the older RTX 4080 Super will begin on January 31. There is no information about the prices of new products yet.
