GlobalLogic, one of the largest IT companies on the Ukrainian market, announced that it had signed an agreement to purchase the American company Mobiveil, which has offices in the USA and India. It provides embedded engineering services.
GlobalLogic, one of the three largest IT employers in Ukraine, announced the conclusion of a final agreement on the purchase of Mobiveil. It is expected to expand opportunities in the field of embedded software for the semiconductor, automotive, medical, as well as media and high tech industries.. The company noted that they also received a significant reserve of qualified personnel.

GlobalLogic will gain access to and benefit from Mobiveil's engineering centers. They are located in five locations in the US and India and will complement the infrastructure that the company has in Central and Eastern Europe. In addition to embedded software, GlobalLogic will also develop hardware and ASIC technologies.
According to the CEO of Mobiveil Ravi Tummarkudi, his company has previously cooperated with the IT giant and is now happy to join forces.

Ravi Tummarukudi and two other Mobiveil co-founders, Gopa Periyadan and Srinivasan Duraiswamy, will join GlobalLogic Leadership.
