Match Group, which owns dating apps Tinder, Hinge, Match and Plenty of Fish, has entered into a corporate deal with an artificial intelligence company. This was written in the press release of Match Group, which created ChatGP.
AI technology was needed by Match Group employees to improve communications, code, design, analyze, create templates and eliminate a lot of daily routine. The company's CTO Will Wu said that integrating ChatGPT Enterprise into the workflow is not just about “increasing productivity, but a true revolution in work culture.” The new partnership brought Match Group more than 1,000 ChatGPT Enterprise licenses. The parties did not disclose the amount of the agreement.
As a reminder, Tinder recently expanded identity verification in four countries in response to an increase in AI scams. According to the company's statement, this step is related to the fact that it is easier to distinguish real profiles from fake ones.
