Nova Poshta strives to integrate artificial intelligence into its work

Novaya Post is exploring the possibility of using artificial intelligence technologies and creating invoices using voice.
This was reported by the company's press service , LIGA.net reports .
“We were thinking about technology that would help the client create an invoice by voice. But we have not yet found the right solution, although we have conducted many tests with this function, and so far it takes longer to create an invoice by voice than in a mobile application or in a branch,” the company said.
The company also plans to use artificial intelligence to make it easier for employees to obtain internal information.. In this way, the IR seeks to simplify for them the use of the company’s knowledge base, document flow and access to any information that they own .
To test various artificial intelligence capabilities, Nova Poshta held an open innovation hackathon. He assembled 18 development teams who were looking for AI-based solutions to improve customer service. As a result of the hackathon, five Ukrainian teams were selected, with which the company began cooperation in this area.
