Sales of co-op shooter Helldivers 2 from Sony Interactive Entertainment exceeded one million copies. This was announced by Johan Pliestedt, CEO of Arrowhead studio, on his microblog.

The authors of Helldivers 2 managed to achieve this sales figure in just three days after the release, which took place on February 8 on PC and PlayStation. In response to a user's question, Johan Pilestedt made it clear that each of the target platforms accounts for approximately half of sales.
Helldivers 2 continues to hold first place on the Steam sales chart, where it settled on February 8. According to the SteamDB service, at the time of publication of this material there were 119 thousand. players with a daily peak of 155,926 people (a new record).
